Grillo's Pickles is a refrigerated pickle manufacturer founded in 2008, known for its fresh, cold-packed pickles made with simple ingredients and no artificial preservatives. The company began selling pickles from a cart in downtown Boston and has since grown into a nationally distributed brand available in major grocery retailers across the United States.

Grillo's Pickles- Machine Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$22.50 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm )

Set up and calibrate machines prior to production runs.
Operate and monitor machinery to maintain consistent production output.
Perform in-process quality checks and make adjustments as needed.
Troubleshoot machine jams, mechanical issues, and production interruptions.
Complete routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
Follow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements.
Assist with equipment, floor, and workstation cleaning.

Grillo's Pickles- Machine Operator Qualifications:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of 8-10 hours during the shift.
Frequent handling, feeling, reaching, and operating production equipment.
Capacity to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary to perform duties.
Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 lbs. frequently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. with assistance or mechanical support.
Previous machine operator experience of at least 1 year.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience.
Strong attention to quality, safety, and production standards.
