Why You'll Love This RoleEarn an additional $2.00 per hour for 3rd shift hours worked Four-day workweek: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM-6:00 AM Overtime opportunities available Free access to our on-site fitness center Eligibility for our Production Bonus Plan Total Rewards & Pay- Full-time team members are eligible for: Base pay: $19.00-$22.13 per hour, based on qualifications and experience 3rd shift differential: $2.00 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift Production Bonus Plan eligibility based on performance metrics 401(k) savings plan with 4% employer match Medical, dental, vision, HSA, and reimbursement accounts Paid time off, including paid holidays Life, AD&D, and disability coverage Employee discounts, EAP with free counseling sessions, identity protection, and legal services On-site fitness center access includedWhat You'll DoPrepare materials for assemblyAssemble components using hand tools, air tools, and measuring equipment to meet specificationsTest and inspect in-process and final assemblies for qualityCross-train to work at multiple stations as neededAnalyze rejected product and partner with the Lead Assembler on solutionsUse calibration and testing equipment to verify products meet specificationsFollow material replenishment processesMaintain a safe, clean work area and dispose of waste properlyPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on work Commitment to working safely Ability to operate hand tools, gauges, torque wrenches, and production equipment Ability to perform basic math Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production documentation in English Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience Ability to read blueprints Experience with hand toolsPhysical Requirements & Work Environment Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs Stand for extended periods Walk, bend, and turn consistently throughout the shift Repetitive motion Noisy environmentLife Fitness / Hammer Strength is an equal opportunity employer.
