Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support maintenance technicians across daily operations.
• Drive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and downtime reduction.
• Support repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Prioritize work orders to keep production equipment running efficiently.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to solve equipment issues.
• Promote safety, lockout/tagout compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Coach, train, and develop maintenance team members.

• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls
• CMMS and maintenance planning
• Leadership in a manufacturing or production environment
• High-speed machinery, packaging, or printing equipment experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of motors, conveyors, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, and safety practices.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, budgets, vendors, or capital projects is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
