Brand Einstein Bros. Bagels Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. We provide a friendly, energetic environment and are committed to work-life balance, closing our stores at 2 pm. We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. Shift Leaders maintain food and beverage quality, keep a safe and clean environment, and help their team take pride in their work. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the team to deliver great service. Open and close the store independently. Maintain food quality and cleanliness. Coach and provide feedback to team members. Collaborate with the General Manager on daily operations. Support additional duties as requested by management.
