Senior Java Curam Developer

Job Summary
NC DHHS is seeking a Senior Java and Curam Developer to support NC FAST FNS application development, maintenance, enhancements, and defect fixes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, ReactJS, and IBM Curam, with experience in business analysis, system design, coding, testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain NC FAST applications
• Support enhancements, defect resolution, and payment error reduction efforts
• Develop solutions using Java, ReactJS.
• Collaborate with business teams, agile teams, and release teams
• Support interfaces, batch processes, and technical documentation

Required Skills and Certifications

• 7+ years of experience in J2EE, XML, and web application development
• 7+ years of IBM Curam development experience
• Experience with Curam Enterprise Framework, Solution Modules, IEG2, and CERT
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SOAP, WSDL, and Eclipse
• Curam V6/7/8 Certified Developer (V8 preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in Python programming

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Experience with Oracle, State Government IT, Git/Bitbucket/JIRA, and Curam Web Services
• Exposure to AWS/Cloud, Python, JavaScript, and IBM WebSphere
• AWS certification is a plus
