HR Generalist

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations. This position will assist with payroll and benefits support, employee documentation, HR systems administration, and employee relations activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual should possess strong communication skills, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for payroll processing activities and assist employees with payroll-related questions or issue resolution.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, employee communications, and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain employee information within the HRIS and ensure data integrity across systems and documentation.
• Support HR system updates, enhancements, and implementation initiatives as needed.
• Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and employment processes.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee status changes, and related HR documentation.
• Help prepare HR reports, maintain personnel records, and support ongoing compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to internal HR communications, policy updates, and job description maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist Experience
• Familiarity with HR practices, employment regulations, and general labor law concepts.
• Experience supporting payroll processing and/or employee benefits administration.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems or recruiting coordination tools.
• Prior experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
