Chick-fil-A Front of House Team Member
This position requires interacting with and connecting with guests. We're looking for honest people that value service and personal growth, who we can add to our hard-working and friendly team. Your role at Chick-fil-A will be more than just a job, you'll have the opportunity to gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly and fun environment. You will work alongside the Operator, an independent business person responsible for the operation of the restaurant. Our Operator invests his time into his employees, teaching them important business and life skills for the future.

Basic Front of House Team Member responsibilities include:
- Take orders in the drive-through and dining room.
- Serve orders for guests in the drive-through and dining room.
- Observe health and sanitation guidelines and clean and maintain the restaurant.
- Ensure supplies are prepared to serve guests in a timely manner.
- Go above and beyond to serve guests and ensure everyone leaves with a smile.
- Coordinate and communicate about orders with other team members.
- Work together with a team to accomplish tasks.
