Epic Healthcare IT Analyst I: Billing & Claims

Nordic Global’s Managed Services division seeks an Application Analyst I to provide frontline support for clinical and business applications. Ideal for recent entrants with certifications or preliminary IT healthcare experience, you will respond to support requests, manage documentation, and collaborate with vendors and teammates.
You will learn hospital and physician office workflows and participate in upgrades, patches, and small projects, advancing your knowledge during the first 12 months.
