- Have previous manufacturing, printing, or machine operation experience.
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work.
- Can learn to operate different types of printing equipment.
- Understand the importance of following specific ink colors, printing instructions, and packaging requirements.
- Have dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Can follow written and verbal instructions.
- Work well independently and with others.
- Are comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Understand the importance of productivity, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Are willing to assist in other departments and perform cleaning duties when production slows down.
- Are looking for a long-term employment opportunity.
