Responsibilities Conduct sales—including presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance, and education on insurance products. Provide entrepreneurial solutions and strategic, executable plans to clients. Execute marketing strategy and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and business owners. Manage customer relationships with a focus on service. Serve as a benefits expert—enroller, counselor, worksite liaison, and communicator of preferences. Maintain state licensing (may include Life and/or Health; mandatory).
