Dump Truck Driver

Job Details Job Location: Sanford, FL 32772 Job Category: Construction We are seeking a reliable and experienced End Dump Driver to join our team. The End Dump Driver is responsible for transporting materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and other aggregates to and from construction sites, quarries, and other designated locations using end dump. This position requires a strong focus on safety, time management, and vehicle maintenance. Responsibilities Load, unload, or identify materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications. Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed. Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes. Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery, or equipment. Ensure equipment is properly stored and cleaned on job site. Conform to all safety protocols when on or around operating equipment. Qualifications 1 recent years’ experience driving an end dump. Active driver license. Must have a safety-first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required. Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 75 pounds.
