WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

Partner with Finance and Operations to deliver meaningful financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting that drives informed business decisions and improves operational performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting while identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting profitability across manufacturing operations.
Serve as a key business partner by strengthening financial controls, supporting audits, enhancing reporting processes, and providing actionable insights that improve efficiency and transparency throughout the organization.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cycle counts, inventory, and manufacturing variance analysis.
Experience leveraging SAP and advanced Excel to analyze financial data, develop models, and improve reporting accuracy and operational decision-making.
A collaborative professional with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives partnering with cross-functional teams and maintaining high ethical standards.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, internal controls, regulatory compliance, or an advanced degree is considered a plus.
