A majority of the day will be spent reviewing work orders that have been submitted and ensuring we have the right trades and vendors being dispatched to service the restaurants. Time will also be spent supporting the restaurants via phone, email, and onsite to resolve both simple and complex issues.This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys collaborating at varying leadership levels, being creative and making things happen!What You’ll DoFacilities & Work Order ManagementManage and prioritize maintenance requests across multiple restaurant locationsTroubleshoot facility issues and coordinate the appropriate vendor responseDispatch and monitor preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance workEnsure work orders are completed accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain records, contracts, asset inventories, and maintenance documentation within the CMMS platformSupport restaurant teams through phone, email, and occasional onsite visitsCoordinate vendor onboarding and maintain strong vendor relationshipsTrack and manage operational spare equipment and replacement assetsCollaborate closely with Operations leadership to prioritize facility needsFinancial & Vendor ManagementMonitor planned, unplanned, and capital maintenance expensesMake independent spending decisions up to $2,500Identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving service qualityTrack key maintenance and vendor performance metricsProvide reporting and operational insights to leadershipEnsure spending aligns with budgets and operational prioritiesProcess ImprovementHelp improve maintenance programs, systems, and workflowsDevelop long-term solutions that improve restaurant operationsSupport preventive maintenance initiatives that reduce downtime and repair costsBring creative problem-solving and operational thinking to everyday challengesWhat You’ll Need2+ years of experience in restaurant, retail, facilities, or multi-unit operationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable making decisions independently and taking initiativeBasic understanding of maintenance disciplines including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical systemsExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with CMMS or Service Channel platforms is a plusAbility to remain calm and solution-oriented during urgent situationsWillingness to be available after hours or weekends for urgent facility needsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsAbility to travel to restaurant locations as neededAbility to contribute to a positive and professional work environmentCommitment to following all safety procedures and policiesWORKING CONDITIONS:The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods; lift 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. You may be required to work outside in various weather conditions. You may be required to work on a computer for extended periods, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. You may be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes.
