*Shift available: 6a-2:30p Monday-Friday, some weekends, as needed*

National Management Resources has provided facilities management services for over 40 years. We work in educational settings, including K-12 facilities, boarding schools, colleges, and universities all over the country. Competitive wages.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for working outside and a commitment to the environment. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the grounds at the facility by performing general grounds maintenance and landscaping activities.

*Groundskeeper Responsibilities: *

* Mow, trim, and edge lawns, including sports fields.
* Use blower to clean landscaped and parking lot areas.
* Remove snow with shovels, blowers, and plows.
* Keep grounds clean and free of trash and debris.
* Prune, plant, weed, and fertilize trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns.
* Maintain grounds equipment.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

*Groundskeeper Qualifications:*

* Have a valid driver's license
* Lift up to 50 pounds
* Work from ladders
* Climb stairs
* Stand or walk for long periods of time.
* Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
* Work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures.

*Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.*
