Job Description

• • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods
  • Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
  • Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications
  • Estimate production times and related costs to provide information for management decisions
  • Confer with management and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities
  • Maintain company's reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• A background in precision machining - knowledge of CNC machining (mills, lathes, EDMs, grinders, lasers, ect)
• Proficiency implementing GD&T into production.
• Prior experience performing FMEA.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering tools

What's on Offer

• • Base salary between $105,000 - $125,000 depending on level of experience.
