Project Manager

Role Summary: The Senior Project Manager oversees the delivery of large, complex initiatives across technology, business, suppliers, and organizational change. They own integrated project plans, align objectives, manage dependencies, and ensure operational readiness to deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, governance, and implementation; coordinate across teams; manage risks, issues, and tradeoffs; facilitate executive decision-making; ensure compliance with standards; promote continuous improvement and modern delivery practices. Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years in managing complex cross-functional initiatives, with 8+ years in the Life & Annuity industry. Strong stakeholder management, governance, and risk management skills. Experience with Agile, hybrid, and predictive delivery models. Preferred PMP certification and experience with enterprise transformation and AI-enabled delivery.
