Service Account Manager | Remote (Central OR West Coast-based) Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.A global manufacturing company is seeking a Service Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing customers across the U.S. This is a 60% sales / 40% technical role focused on aftermarket revenue, including spare parts, service agreements, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades.Compensation $75,00-85,000 base + 20% target incentive bonus Candidates must be base in central US OR West Coast ** ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customersProactively identify and convert aftermarket sales opportunitiesSell spare parts, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and equipment upgradesProvide technical support and coordinate solutions for customer issuesConduct regular customer visits, training, and presentationsManage opportunities, quotes, and customer activity through CRMPartner with internal sales and service teams to drive opportunities through to completionQualifications2–5+ years of experience in technical sales, field service, engineering, or a related roleStrong sales mentality with excellent customer-facing skillsTechnical/engineering background preferred; degree is a plus but not requiredExperience xhyhwjd in food & beverage, nutraceuticals, pharma, packaging, manufacturing, or similar industries preferredSelf-motivated, organized, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyStrong communication and relationship-building skillsWillingness to travel approximately 50% (6–8 customer visits/month)For immediate consideration, please reach out directly to Kelly Lucey at Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
