Job Title: .Net Lead
Job Location: Spring, TX (Onsite 5 Days per week)
Job Type: Contract
This role is for a seasoned developer who has proven experience building functionally intensive applications. Experience in the energy industry and with the technology sets below will shorten onboarding and ramp-up time.
Experience with technical team leadership including supervising developers, conducting code reviews, conversing with customers on requirements, issues, progress, etc Job Requirements:
- 8+ Yrs of development experience across technologies listed below
- Experience with technical team leadership including supervising developers, conducting code reviews, conversing with customers on requirements, issues, progress, etc.
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective APIs
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Write technical documentation
- Ability to work in Agile fashion
- Experience estimating work efforts
- Value addition through technical innovations/solutions
- Hands on with ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns
- Working with and directing India-based team members
