Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in San Antonio! Schedule (days/hours)

Mon - Thursday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
• Bilingual - Fluent in both English & Spanish

Compensation

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
