Key Responsibilities Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and safety Identify drug interactions, contraindications, and dosing concerns Provide clinical guidance to providers and staff Educate patients and staff on medication use and safety Ensure compliance with Colorado Board of Pharmacy and regulatory standards Participate in medication audits and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Lincoln
