The ideal candidate is someone who communicates well and can help patients understand their recommended treatment and financial options. Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear and compassionate manner. Discuss treatment cost, payment options, financing and insurance benefits. Help patients understand the value and importance of recommended treatment. Follow up with patients reguarding unscheduled treatment. Schedule treatment and coordinate appointments. Monitor the schdeule Qualifications Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar position is preferred Dental Front office experience is preferred Strong organizational skills Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures Experience with dental practice software Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion Strong verbal and written communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Yamila Noriega-abreu Dmd Pllc
