Job Description
Fairview Search Group, LLC is conducting an EXCLUSIVE SEARCH for an Accounting Manager for a Multi-Billion company located in Fort Mill, SC.
\nTotal Compensation- $175K Plus!!
\n \nResponsibilities include:
\n• Oversight and execution of accounting, reporting and internal control related activities in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP).
\n• Manage month-end accounting system close process, produce all corporate and divisional reporting requirements, and ensure internal controls are maintained.
\n• Develop an in-depth understanding of the commercial and production environments
\n• Functions as a financial liaison with the division leadership team.
\n• Take a lead role in the implementation, communication and interpretation of accounting and financial policies and system improvements; supervision of external and internal audit processes and ensuring that proper internal controls are maintained.
\n• Providing analytical support to departments as it relates to accounting issues and driving continuous cost improvement across all aspects of the business.
\n• Training and the development and growth opportunities of accounting teammates.

The successful candidate will possess:

- 4 year degree in Accounting or Business with concentration in Accounting \n
- 5-8 years Large National Public Accounting experience(Audit/Assurance) or a combination of Public Accounting and Industry experience \n
- CPA \n
