You can coach a room and coach a person, motivating a group through a workout and sitting down one-on-one to talk through someone's goals. You're accountable, energetic, and you want more out of your career than "just coaching."What You'll DoCoach & Deliver ResultsLead high-energy group training sessions that keep members motivated and coming backCoach members one-on-one on goals, accountability, and habits that create real, lasting resultsSupport new member onboarding so every client feels confident and cared for from day oneLead & Develop the TeamHire, train, and mentor coaching staff to studio standardsBuild and manage the coaching schedule to keep sessions covered and staff engagedGive coaches ongoing feedback and development so they can grow into future leadersDrive the BusinessPartner with ownership on retention, member experience, and studio growth strategyTrack and report on class attendance, retention, and coaching KPIsRepresent the brand and culture in and out of the studio, including community events tied to Redefining Sweat EquityWhat Success Looks Like90%+ monthly member retention across your coaching rosterTrain and promote 2-3 coaches into leadership or lead-coach roles within 12 monthsGrow session attendance or class fill rate by 15% quarter over quarterWhat You'll NeedNationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, or equivalent)1+ years coaching or leading a team in a fitness setting; management experience preferredProven ability to lead, motivate, and hold both members and staff accountableComfortable running group sessions and having one-on-one conversations about goals and resultsStrong communication and organizational skillsGenuine passion for helping people improve their health, with the energy to matchCompensation$45,000-$65,000 base salary, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses and commission opportunitiesHow to ApplySubmit your resume.
