We’re partnering with a growing, project-driven organization to hire an Operational Finance Manager. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to deliver financial insight, forecasting, and analytics that directly impact business decisions. You’ll lead a small team and own the financial performance of complex projects—driving visibility across revenue, costs, cash flow, and risk. The right candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
