Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision and in coordination with the rehab team
- Conduct patient evaluations, establish functional goals, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve activities of daily living and mobility
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes clearly in resident records
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physical therapy colleagues, and case managers to support discharge planning and transitions of care
- Ensure safety, proper use and maintenance of equipment, and adherence to infection control and documentation standards
- Educate residents and families or caregivers on therapeutic goals, home exercise programs, and safety strategies

Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license (state-appropriate for assignment)
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant COTA experience; long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing setting; comfortable with a travel assignment
- Eligible to work in the United States
