Farmer Boys has some of the best people in the industry working every day to serve our Guest. A Day in the Life of a Prep Cook You're the first step in delivering Farm Fresh Food to our Guests. You prepare the ingredients for our menu items and make sure they meet our high standards for quality control, food safety, portioning, sizing and freshness. Experience is great, but not required. We love to teach if you love to learn. We'll provide hands on training and online courses to prepare you for great things. We're Looking For • At least 18 years old• Previous Customer Service and/or restaurant experience a plus• Physically required to stand (up to 4 hours at a time), walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
