Schedule:

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:30/9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (½ hour paid lunch)
• Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Our client in Pennsauken, NJ, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support their busy medical office. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity, offering between $21-$25 an hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and prepare them for appointments
• Take and record vital signs
• Check patients in and out
• Verify and process insurance information
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Answer phones and assist with general office support as needed

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (required)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Comfortable in both clinical and administrative duties
• Professional, patient-focused demeanor
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
