Job Description: OT will be responsible for organizing and carrying out occupational therapy programs in the hospital for inpatients in a 20 bed acute rehab facility, to facilitate the rehabilitation of the mentally or physically handicapped. OT provides direct patient focused care to include occupational therapy evaluations and quality treatment with short and long term goals determined by the patient’s needs. Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have the following: B.S or M.S. in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active OTR license (licensed in the state of TN preferred). Candidates licensed in other states are encouraged to apply as long as they are willing to obtain licensure in the state of TN. Must have experience working as an OT with adolescents , adults and geriatrics age groups.
