Front Office Manager

The Opportunity As Front Office Manager, you will lead the heartbeat of the guest experience — overseeing Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, Door/Valet, and seasonal Ski Valet operations. This highly visible leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced luxury environment and is passionate about developing teams, creating memorable guest moments, and driving operational excellence. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the arrival and departure experience while fostering a culture of service, accountability, and collaboration across departments. What You’ll Do Lead day‑to‑day Front Office and Guest Services operations with a hands‑on, service‑driven approach Inspire, coach, and develop colleagues to deliver exceptional Hyatt service standards Drive guest satisfaction by proactively resolving concerns and creating personalized experiences Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, labor planning, and departmental budgets Partner closely with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations Oversee room inventory management and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with operational procedures, cash handling standards, and brand expectations Train and mentor team members on hotel offerings, local experiences, and guest engagement Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Step into operational roles as needed to support the team and elevate the guest experience What We’re Looking For 4+ years of progressive hotel Rooms Division leadership experience, preferably within Hyatt or a luxury hospitality environment A dynamic, service‑oriented leader with polished communication and presentation skills Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to motivate teams and drive results Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Hospitality or Hotel Management degree preferred Compensation The starting salary for this position is $76,700 annually , with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
