Job Description

The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the efficient and successful operation of the store, ensuring that each customer receives exceptional and memorable service. This role is key to maintaining service quality, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to team development. Additionally, it acts as a liaison between staff and management, facilitating communication, process implementation, and resolution of operational situations. Their active participation in team formation, task supervision, and meeting commercial goals makes them a fundamental pillar for achieving business objectives.

Requirements

Main Functions: Provide excellent service to all customers. Deliver a fast service experience with quality products and a clean, comfortable environment. Support the manager in hiring, training, and managing staff. Exceed sales goals and performance standards. Form and develop a successful sales team. Provide feedback, coaching, and follow-up to the team. Identify and develop internal talent. Oversee daily operations in the absence of the manager. Manage loss prevention practices. Communicate operational needs to the manager. Resolve customer service situations. Conduct bank deposits and handle store opening/closing. Participate in operational tasks such as cleaning, taking orders, and product preparation.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or food. Excellent verbal communication skills. Customer service skills and teamwork. Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Desire to learn and adapt to dynamic environments.
