Dermatology Nurse Practitioner

Location: Carolina Beach & Leland, NC

Schedule: Mon - Fri (Days)

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dermatologic evaluations, including detailed histories and full body skin examinations.
Diagnose and manage common and chronic dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, fungal infections, rashes, etc.).
Identify and treat precancerous and cancerous lesions (AK, BCC, SCC, melanoma) within scope of practice.
Perform medical dermatology procedures including:

Ø Shave, punch, and excisional biopsies

Ø Cryotherapy

Ø Lesion removal

Ø Wound care and post-procedure management

Order, review, and interpret dermatopathology and diagnostic tests.

Requirements:

Master's Degree from an accredited PA program
Current NP license in North Carolina
Minimum 1 years of experience in Dermatology
Strong diagnostic reasoning and procedural skills
