Responsabilidades Bajo supervisión general, realizar carga y descarga de materiales dentro del patio o lugar de trabajo de manera rutinaria; Ensamblar paquetes de carga para cargar el camión y subsecuentemente ser enviados al sitio de trabajo del cliente. Cargar y descargar materiales en o desde paletas de carga, camiones o vehículos de clientes e instalar flejes, refuerzos o relleno protector adecuado para prevenir el desplazamiento o daños en tránsito. Conducir diversos equipos de levantamiento (p. ej. montacargas) para trasladar productos, equipos de materiales alrededor del almacén, tienda o patio. Realizar preparación de carga, determinando el peso, composición y colocación apropiados de la carga basándose en las órdenes del cliente y la capacidad del vehículo de envío para asegurar que la carga está balanceada y asegurada para el transporte. Transportar materiales desde o hacia el depósito con respecto al área designada utilizando la carretilla de carga, carretilla eléctrica, montacargas u otros equipos. Colocar etiquetas o rótulos de identificación a los materiales o marcar información en cajas, pacas u otros contenedores para proveer identificación correcta de los artículos. Requisitos: Diploma de educación secundaria o Título de Educación General (GED) y tres (3) meses de experiencia realizando tareas iguales o similares; o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
