Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. The Account Manager will handle client accounts by managing their insurance policies, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, facilitating communication between clients and insurance providers, and identifying sales opportunities. This role plays a crucial part in offering expert guidance and tailored solutions to meet the insurance needs of business owners. Qualifications Proven experience in Account Management and Insurance operations Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and providers Knowledge of insurance products and Sales acumen to identify and pursue opportunities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficiency in insurance software and systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in insurance, finance, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr UPSIDE Insurance Services
