Social Media and Grassroot Marketing Coordinator (Part Time Position)

At Main Squeeze Juice Co., we're on a mission to inspire healthier communities through delicious, nutrient-dense food and beverages. We're looking for an energetic, creative, and community-minded Social Media & Grassroots Marketing Events Coordinator to help grow our brand presence both online and in the local community.

This role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging social media content, building relationships, organizing community events, and representing a health-focused brand with enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, customers, team members, and in-store experiences.

• Develop content calendars aligned with promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

• Monitor social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.

• Track social media performance and provide recommendations to increase engagement and brand awareness.

• Stay current with social media trends and identify creative opportunities to grow our audience.

Grassroots Marketing & Community Outreach

• Plan, coordinate, and attend local community events, festivals, farmers markets, fitness events, school functions, and networking opportunities.

• Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

• Coordinate product sampling opportunities and promotional activations.

• Represent Main Squeeze Juice Co. as a positive, enthusiastic brand ambassador.

• Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with the company's mission and values.

Marketing Support

• Assist with in-store marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate giveaways, contests, and community engagement programs.

• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

• Collaborate with store leadership on local marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales.

• Support grand openings, special events, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts.

• Strong photography, videography, and basic content editing skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable speaking with customers and community partners.

• Passion for health, wellness, and community involvement.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local events.

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.

• Event planning or community outreach experience.

• Marketing, communications, or related education or equivalent experience.
