Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and provide direct social work services individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement intervention strategies
• Support students experiencing social, behavioral, or mental health concerns
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
• Facilitate connections with community agencies and resources for students and families
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records in compliance with school policies
