Shift Available:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM -11:30 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.

⚠️ Safety-toed shoes required.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble fans and components for data center equipment
• Use hand and power tools
• Follow quality and safety procedures
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
• Support production goals as part of a team

✅ Qualifications:

• Assembly experience is a plus but not required
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Electrical experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and work overtime when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
