Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist

Planet Fitness in Florence, SC is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior member experience in our Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with sign-ins, answer questions, process sign-ups and memberships, and represent a friendly, helpful PF team. Responsibilities include promoting the Judgement Free Zone on the club floor, handling phones, keeping the front desk and facilities clean, and escalating issues to management as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
