Role Summary:The Supply Chain Program Lead is responsible for leading cross-functional supply chain initiatives that improve service, cost, quality, and delivery performance. This role manages complex programs that could span across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, supplier management and Supply Chain Systems to ensure business objectives are achieved on time and within budget. The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with deep supply chain knowledge and the ability to drive alignment across operations, engineering, finance, quality, and commercial teams.Responsabilities:Lead end-to-end supply chain programs from planning through execution and stabilizationDevelop program charters, timelines, milestones, risk registers, and success metricsCoordinate cross-functional teams as required across procurement, planning, operations, logistics, quality, engineering, finance and ITDrive initiatives that cover the entire end to end Supply Chain including category management, souring, procure to pay, inventory optimization, supplier performance, cost reduction, continuity of supply, on-time delivery, data and reporting and supplier managementIdentify program risks, constraints, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plansMonitor KPIs such as cycle time, on-time project completion, OTIF, inventory turns, lead times, forecast accuracy, supplier performance and cost savingsFacilitate executive reviews and provide clear updates on status, issues, decisions, and outcomesLead change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and operating modelsDrive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologiesEnsure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standardsBuild strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making across multiple functions and regionsPerformance Metrics:Improved on-time delivery and service levelsReduced inventory and working capitalIncreased supplier performance and continuity of supplyAvailability of data and reportsAchievement of cost savings and productivity targetsOn-time, on-budget delivery of key supply chain initiativesStrong stakeholder engagement and adoption of program outcomesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics, or program management3+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiativesStrong knowledge of supply chain processes including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, and logisticsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders in a matrixed environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisionsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with ERP, planning, and reporting systemsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project/program tracking toolsPreferred qualifications:Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related fieldPMP, APICS/ASCM, CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma certificationExperience leading global or multi-site supply chain programsBackground in manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, or complex operations environmentsExperience with supplier development, network optimization, or digital supply chain transformationFamiliarity with KPI dashboards, scenario planning, and business case developmentAPICS, CSCMP, or other supply chain/logistics certificationsKey Skills:Program leadershipStrategic thinkingSupply chain acumenCross-functional collaborationRisk managementData-driven decision-makingProcess improvementExecutive communicationChange managementResults orientation #J-18808-Ljbffr Flowserve
