ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist, Radiology (Day Shift) in Logan, West Virginia.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position requires three 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with weekend call every other weekend from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for inpatient exams.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will perform imaging procedures to create diagnostic images of patients. The role involves operating MRI equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Technologists must adhere to established protocols and accurately document procedures and patient interactions. Collaboration with radiologists and other healthcare professionals is essential to provide comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations according to protocols and standards.
• Ensure patient safety during MRI exams.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and evaluate images.
• Maintain MRI equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
• Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the imaging process.

Required Experience

• Must be ARRT MRI registered.
• Must possess a West Virginia State MR license.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT MRI registration is required.
• West Virginia State MR license is required.
