As a Designated Nursing Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (DNA/CNA), you provide direct, hands-on care that supports residents' clinical, personal, nutritional, and restorative needs in our skilled nursing community. What You'll Do: * Deliver care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP) * Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, dining, and toileting * Obtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in condition * Partner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs * Support fall prevention, skin care, and quality improvement initiatives * Maintain accurate documentation and restorative records * Respond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concerns * Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all times You play a critical role in promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life for every resident you serve. What We're Looking For: * Active CNA certification per state regulations * High School Diploma/GED * Skilled nursing or senior care experience preferred * Strong communication and documentation skills * Ability to remain calm in challenging situations * Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and peak service times Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Compassionate Care with Real Career Growth Certified Nursing Assistant CNA | Skilled Nursing Pay Range: 17.30 - 21.70 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
