Location : Hybrid (San Clemente, CA) 2-3 Days in office. Compensation : $80,000-95,000 annually Education : flexible! For more info and examples of our work, please visit Job Overview We are looking for a strategic, experienced social media leader to join our team as Senior Social Media Manager. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the team on strategy and concepts and serve as the primary reviewer and overseer of work produced by our Social Media Specialists (SMS). There is a strong emphasis on concept and caption review paired with streamlining our analytics and influencers processes. You’ll also act as project manager, ensuring client approvals are received efficiently and on time. Day to Day Strategy & Concept Collaboration Collaborate with the founder on social media strategy evolution, keeping it fresh with changing trends and algorithm shifts Review and approve on-brand shot lists developed by SMS to ensure alignment with deliverables, trends, client calendars, industry best practices, and analytics Oversee and review grids and posting calendars for your brands, ensuring content is on-brand and ready for client approval Take the lead on monthly analytics review across brands, delivering insights and driving optimizations into future planning Caption Review & Copywriting Review and refine captions across all brands, leveraging your strong copywriting background to ensure on-brand voice, tone, and quality before client submission SMS Oversight & Quality Review Review all work produced by SMS, including concepts, content calendars, and captions, for approximately half our brand roster Provide clear, constructive feedback and ensure all deliverables meet GGs quality standards before client-facing submission Contribute creative ideas based on trends and brand vision across the portfolio Project Management & Client Communication Lead client calls for your assigned brands, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring strong, friendly, trust-based relationships Own the approval process, proactively tracking timelines, following up with clients, and ensuring deliverables are reviewed and approved efficiently and on time Influencer Program Over time, streamline our influencer process for our SMS so it is more uniform and cohesive across our team Additional Support (as time allows) Support content creation as capacity allows Share ongoing education on trends, behaviors, and platform updates with the team Pitch in to help the team on other needs Personality Match?
