Compensation - $45+ per hour. CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and completion of an approved teacher preparation program. New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TSD) endorsement plus appropriate initial certification. Strong knowledge of IEP development, instructional strategies, and behavior management. Develop and adapt lesson plans aligned with state standards and student needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents.
