Location: Gainesville, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | Shifts: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

She Recruits is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a new Transplant and Cellular Therapy (TCT) unit launching this fall. This unit will specialize in caring for patients undergoing stem cell transplant and advanced cellular therapies. The role offers an incredible opportunity to work on the forefront of hematologic and immunotherapy care in a collaborative, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct, patient-centered care in accordance with the RN Practice Act
Care for patients with stem cell transplants, hematologic disorders, and cellular therapies
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and patient education
Monitor patient response and collaborate on complex treatment plans

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required
Preferred backgrounds: oncology, dialysis, infusion, or transplant/cellular therapy
Active Florida RN license or compact license (must secure FL license within 90 days)
BLS required

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly range: $29 - $44 (based on experience)
$20,000 sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance considered case-by-case
Full-time benefits eligibility
