Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Summary:

Join our team at Harmony Care at Floresville, a long-term care facility committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced License Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work part-time, full-time, or per diem on our Night Shift (12 hrs). As an LVN with our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and record medications and treatments

• Prepare for and assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments

• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals

• Perform other job-related duties as they become required

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas

• CPR certification

• Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
