Wheatcrest Hills Healthcare Center is currently looking to hire you as a Nursing Assistant to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards and offer training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Center- after successful completion of state exam!
Job Summary:
- Answers signal lights
- Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
- Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
- Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance
- Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
- Completes documentation
Requirements:
- You Must Be Reliable
- Able to Pass a Background Screening
- Able to provide 2 References
- Ability to work well in a team setting
