Licensed Marital and Family Therapist

We are seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist for a remote, full-time telehealth position serving clients in Iowa. This role involves providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families who need support with communication, relationship patterns, emotional health, parenting concerns, and life stressors. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule, a strong salary range, and a benefits package.

Location: Iowa
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform
• Support clients with family conflict, relationship concerns, stress, anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans and review progress regularly
• Complete clinical notes and required documentation accurately
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow Iowa licensure standards
• Manage appointments and caseload responsibilities during full-time hours
• Communicate professionally with clients and care-related contacts when needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Active LMFT license in Iowa
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
