Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, while documenting client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and collaborate with peers for comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of counseling experience is required, preferably within a clinical setting.
• A solid understanding of the legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively within a collaborative healthcare team environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies is necessary.
