About the Position

Job Description

A PACE program in Massachusetts is seeking Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants for a locum assignment from May 2026 through November 2026 . This role focuses on providing comprehensive primary care to a complex geriatric and disabled adult population in a collaborative, team-based environment.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • No call required

  • Smaller, high-complexity patient panels (approx. 70 patients per panel if assigned)

  • Care settings may include clinic visits, home visits, nursing home coverage, and phone/in-basket management

  • Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings

  • EMR: Epic

Requirements

✅ Requirements

  • Physicians: MD, Board Certified

  • Active Massachusetts license required

  • Flu vaccination required (no exceptions)

  • Current/most recent direct supervisor reference required

  • Telehealth experience not required
