What You’ll Do

• Sell and deliver vehicles
• Take full ownership of the sales process from lead to delivery
• Execute high-volume daily activity to drive your pipeline
• Proactively greet and engage every customer who walks in
• Identify needs and match customers with the right vehicle
• Demonstrate vehicles, explain features, and close deals
• Perform test drives following dealership process
• Build your own book of business through follow-up and referrals
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance to finalize deals
• Deliver vehicles and create a high-quality customer experience
