Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department averaging 100–140 patients per day across a 30-bed unit, including medical and ED Psych beds
• Deliver nursing care using a POD nursing assignment model, staffed according to average daily census
• Provide emergency care within a Level 2 Trauma Center and Level 2 Stroke Center environment
• Participate in chest pain assessment and management within an accredited Chest Pain program
• Provide trauma-informed care as part of a full treatment center for Sexual Assault Survivors

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure
• AHA ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• TNS or TNCC certification
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level 2 Trauma or Stroke Center setting
• Familiarity with POD nursing care delivery models in a high-volume ED
